Silicone Coating for Consistent Release Paper

The requirement
Release paper decides how a label behaves on the applicator: too much release and the label lifts or curls; too little and it will not peel cleanly at high line speed. Buyers also need the liner to stay flat through printing and die-cutting, especially on wide rolls.
What we run
- Single-side and double-side silicone coating on glassine release paper.
- Grammage range from 40, 60, 80, 100 to 120 gsm, selected against the customer application.
- White, blue and yellow liner options for different web inspection and handling requirements.
- Slitting to width with consistent edge quality for high-speed die-cutting.
Quality control
Coating weight and release force are checked in process, and finished rolls are inspected before packing. Paper grades are backed by SGS and FSC documentation.
Where it is used
Self-adhesive label stock, double-sided tape, protective film carriers, and general purpose release liners for converting.
