Ligne d'enduction film pour supports auto-adhésifs grande série

The requirement
Large-format roll buyers need the same surface, thickness and release force on every batch. When coating, slitting and die-cutting are spread across different suppliers, small differences in base paper and coating weight show up as curl, poor toner adhesion or inconsistent die-cutting on the customer line.
How the line is set up
- Film coating, silicone coating and adhesive coating run on one site, so the base material does not travel between suppliers.
- A 10,000 m² plant with more than 100 production machines, including 300+ sets of magnetic rollers and die-cutting assemblies.
- Slitting and rewinding to the customer roll width, with core size and winding direction matched to the printer.
Quality control
Three inspection points cover the run: incoming paper inspection (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), and die-cutting and finished-goods inspection (FQC). Materials are supplied with SGS, FSC and ISO documentation.
Where it is used
Shipping and logistics labels, retail price tags, pharmaceutical labels, food and beverage labels, and industrial barcode labels — in direct thermal, thermal transfer and self-adhesive constructions.
